Nancy Barbour is a Ceramic Artist and Educator living in San Diego.
Nancy earned her BS from Humboldt State University in Arcata, Ca. She earned her MFA at the University of Florida in Gainesville Florida. Nancy has coordinated programs in Aspen Colorado, at the Colorado Mountain college, and at the Mendocino Art Center in Mendocino CA. she has been a resident artist at Carbondale Clay Center, the Mendocino Art Center, and at the Pottery Workshop in Jingdhezen China. Nancy has lived in China, and in Costa Rica.
Nancy currently makes her work at Studio 29 in Spanish Village, at Balboa Park, in San Diego. she is currently teaching classes at The Craft Center at UCSD, Grossmont Community College, and Milk Oolong Studio.
